멤버십 이용 규정 멤버십 유효기간
멤버십 유효기간은 1년입니다.
멤버십 사용
- 회원권 사용 및 멤버십 혜택을 이용하기 위해서는 반드시 멤버십 카드를 제시해야 하며 본인 확인을 위해 신분증을 요구할 수 있습니다.
- 멤버십 이용 규정 및 약관은 변경될 수 있으며 변경의 내용, 일자, 사유가 웹사이트 (rewardsbyconrad.co.kr) 및 회원 휴대폰 문자 메세지로 공지됩니다. 변경 내용이 회원에게 불리한 경우 변경 30일 전에 공지되어야 하고, 호텔이 이에 따라 회원에게 공지하면서 공지일로부터 변경일까지 거부의사를 표시하지 아니하면 승인한 것으로 본다는 뜻을 명확하게 고지하였음에도 회원의 의사표시가 없는 경우에는 변경된 약관을 승인한 것으로 봅니다. 회원이 변경에 동의하지 아니할 경우 회원은 멤버십을 해지할 수 있고, 그 경우 호텔은 회원이 납부한 “멤버십 가입비 중 회원 자격을 유지한 기간을 제외한 기간에 해당하는 금액” (A) 에서 “회원이 해지 시점까지 이용한 할인, 이용권, 식사권 등 혜택” (B) 를 공제한 금액 (A-B) 을 환불하여야 합니다.
- 회원 연락처 변경 시 코노소어 컨시어지에 변경된 연락처를 고지하여야하며, 미고지로 인해 회원 혜택을 받지 못한 경우 호텔 측에 이의를 제기할 수 없습니다.
- 호텔은 코노소어 회원권의 신규 및 갱신 회원에 대한 회원권 승인 또는 거절할 수 있는 권리를 가집니다.
- 회원 카드는 매매, 담보 제공 등의 목적으로 사용할 수 없습니다.
- 코노소어 이용권은 멤버십 카드에 내장되어 있으며, 다른 카드로의 양도는 불가능합니다.
- 회원 혜택 사용은 혜택 간 중복 사용이 불가하며, 다른 할인 프로그램이나 혜택과도 중복 적용되지 않습니다. (힐튼아너스 포함)
- 객실권의 경우 객실 점유율에 따라 이용에 제한이 생기며, 조식은 포함되지 않습니다.
회원 카드 분실 및 취소
- 회원 카드 분실시 코노소어 컨시어지에 신고하여 회원 카드를 재발급 받을 수 있으며, 카드당 5,000원의 수수료가 청구됩니다.
- 회원권 취소 신청시에는 발급된 카드와 ‘코노소어 이용권’ 을 반환해야 합니다. 이 경우 호텔은 회원이 납부한 “멤버십 가입비 중 회원 자격을 유지한 기간을 제외한 기간에 해당하는 금액” (A) 에서 “회원이 해지 시점까지 이용한 할인, 이용권, 식사권 등 혜택” (B) 및 취소 수수료 (C) 50,000원을 공제한 금액 (A-B-C) 를 환불처리해드립니다.

If the change is unfavorable to the member, it must be notified 30 days before the change, and the member's intention to express the member's intention even though the hotel notifies the member accordingly and clearly indicates that it will be deemed approved if the hotel does not express its intention to refuse from the date of notice to the date of change If there is no, it is deemed that the changed terms and conditions have been approved. If the member does not agree to the change, the member may cancel the membership, and in that case, the hotel pays the “membership fee for the period excluding the period of maintaining the membership” (A) to “the member You must refund the amount (A-B) after deducting the benefits such as discounts, use vouchers, meal vouchers, etc.” (B) used until the time of cancellation.
- When a member's contact information is changed, the changed contact information must be notified to the Concierge.
- The hotel reserves the right to approve or reject the membership for new and renewing members of Connoisseur membership.
- Membership cards cannot be used for sale or collateral.
- The Connoisseur r Pass is built into the membership card and cannot be transferred to another card.
- The use of member benefits cannot be duplicated between benefits, nor with other discount programs or benefits. (including Hilton Honors)
- In the case of a room ticket, use is restricted according to room occupancy, and breakfast is not included.
Loss and cancellation of membership card
- If you lose your membership card, you can report it to the Connoisseur Concierge and get a membership card reissued, and a fee of KRW 5,000 will be charged per card.
- When applying for cancellation of membership, you must return the issued card and 'Connoisseur License'. In this case, the hotel will refund the amount (A-B-C) after deducting the membership fee of KRW 50,000 from "the amount of membership fee excluding the period of membership maintenance" (A) to "the benefits such as discounts, coupons, and meal coupons" (B) paid by the member.
