CONNOISSEUR TERMS CONDITIONS

  1. Membership Terms and Conditions Membership validity period
    1. Membership is valid for one year.
  2. Using membership
    • You must present your membership card in order to use your membership card and use membership benefits, and you may be asked for an ID to verify your identity.
    • Membership terms and conditions are subject to change, and the change, date, and reason will be notified on the website (rewardsbyconrad.co.kr) and via text message on the member's mobile phone. If the change is unfavorable to the member, it must be notified 30 days before the change, and the member's intention to express the member's intention even though the hotel notifies the member accordingly and clearly indicates that it will be deemed approved if the hotel does not express its intention to refuse from the date of notice to the date of change If there is no, it is deemed that the changed terms and conditions have been approved. If the member does not agree to the change, the member may cancel the membership, and in that case, the hotel pays the “membership fee for the period excluding the period of maintaining the membership” (A) to “the member You must refund the amount (A-B) after deducting the benefits such as discounts, use vouchers, meal vouchers, etc.” (B) used until the time of cancellation.

    • Membership cards cannot be used for sale or collateral.
    • The Connoisseur r Pass is built into the membership card and cannot be transferred to another card.
    • The use of member benefits cannot be duplicated between benefits, nor with other discount programs or benefits. (including Hilton Honors)
    • In the case of a room ticket, use is restricted according to room occupancy, and breakfast is not included.
  3. Loss and cancellation of membership card
    • If you lose your membership card, you can report it to the Connoisseur Concierge and get a membership card reissued, and a fee of KRW 5,000 will be charged per card.
    • When applying for cancellation of membership, you must return the issued card and 'Connoisseur License'. In this case, the hotel will refund the amount (A-B-C) after deducting the membership fee of KRW 50,000 from "the amount of membership fee excluding the period of membership maintenance" (A) to "the benefits such as discounts, coupons, and meal coupons" (B) paid by the member.
