- The Connoisseur program is a program operated for the purpose of providing benefits to customers who visit Conrad Seoul.
- For reservations made through room vouchers, availability is subject to room occupancy and cannot be used on Saturdays.
- Membership benefits are only available to the member and cannot be transferred to others.
- The membership period is one year.
- Membership benefits can only be used in accordance with the terms and conditions provided via text message and enclosed usage guide, and membership cannot be obtained without agreeing to the terms and conditions.
- If Connoisseur benefits are not applied after joining, a refund can be requested within one week of membership. (Rejoining is not possible for one year.)
- During special restaurant events, on January 1st, February 14th, May 5th, the day of the fireworks festival, December 24th, 25th, 31st, the day of and day after Lunar New Year and Chuseok, and during special event periods designated by the hotel, membership benefits cannot be used.
- The vouchers are integrated into the membership card and cannot be used in conjunction with other benefits or discounts. (Including Hilton Honors)
- Membership benefits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged or sold for cash, and cannot be exchanged for other benefits at will. The membership card must be presented to use the benefits.
- The included food and beverage establishment vouchers can be used for a maximum of 2 vouchers at one establishment, and the food and beverage establishment vouchers are deducted first from the total amount and then the remaining amount is discounted.
